COACHING
Switch on your Career
Coaching is a purposeful, inspired conversation focused solely on helping you achieve your goals. In our one-on-one sessions, we ask questions, you share your thoughts, and together we explore bright ideas. You will leave feeling energised and clear about the actions you need to take.
Typically, sessions are for one hour or 90 minutes and occur weekly or biweekly over six to ten sessions. Most coaching is conducted virtually via Zoom, though if you are based in Perth, WA, we can arrange in-person meetings.
Coaching can be purchased directly by individuals or through organizations, either as part of a leadership program or on an individual basis.
Philippa earned her coaching qualification from the Coaching Academy in 2009 and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
